Ur Mentor was born out of a simple but powerful idea: that every young person deserves someone who truly believes in them. With a background as a senior school leader and teacher, I’ve spent years working closely with children and teenagers — seeing first-hand the challenges they face, and how much of a difference the right support can make. I started Ur Mentor with a clear mission: to give young people in the UAE a space where they feel heard, understood, and guided toward becoming confident, respectful, and resilient individuals.

Since launching in Dubai, Ur Mentor has grown rapidly — not because of flashy marketing or shortcuts, but because of what we stand for: care, empathy, hard work, and a real determination to see young people flourish. Every family we work with is welcomed with warmth and honesty, and every teenager is met with patience, belief, and respect. We’re here to walk alongside them, to challenge and support them, and to remind them of everything they’re capable of. That’s what Ur Mentor is all about.
